I was in the elevator with my 10 and 8 year old kids when we got stuck in the elevator for 30+ minutes! We tried pressing the alarm but it was so loud and stressful! We called the emergency phone in the elevator and they wouldn’t answer until maybe the 15th time. We also tried calling the front desk and were immediately placed on hold. The staff was apologetic and they brought our kids snacks but they never offered to compensate our stay or offer a discount. I won’t stay again.

The room was clean and the shower was excellent. The beds were not as soft as they normally are and we only stay at comfort suites. These were a little bit harder than usual. Overall everything was good.

This review is for a one night stay. We had no complaints. The room was large, matress comfortable, and the breakfast selections acceptable. The hotel was nicely decorated and the manager noted that all the bedding was custom made for the owner.
