Self catering El Carolino for 10 people

Come and enjoy a seventeenth century Palatial House, completely restored, keeping details of its past.

Our house has the following distribution.

Ground floor with kitchen, large dining room, living room, toilet and patio with porch and barbecue.

First floor with two double bedrooms with bathroom and possibility of an extra bed in each room.

Second floor with a triple room with bathroom, a double room, a single room and a bathroom

You can rent the whole house, El Carolino I, or just the lower and first floors, El Carolino II. In this case the second floor will remain closed and without rent during your stay.
Make yourself comfortable in this cottage, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

A pesar de nuestra corta estancia, estuvimos muy cómodos en la casa, no faltaba de nada, muy limpio y acogedor. Además había sitio para todos en las zonas comunes, tanto dentro como en la zona exterior, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Linda estadía entre amigos

Nos hemos quedado 3 días y hubiéramos necesitado más tiempo para aprovechar mejor el pueblo y las bellezas de la zona. La casa es amplia, bien arreglada y muy cómoda. El pueblo, muy tranquilo, si uno se acostumbra a las frecuentes campanadas de la iglesia que está al lado de la casa.

Decepcionante

El Carolino es un palacete al que le queda poco de palacete, esta dividido en 3 viviendas y la casa rural se ha quedado con una parte a nivel de calle que es muy muy oscura y que es la que se usa como zona diurna, la cocina tiene una ventana diminuta, el comedor no tiene ventana y el salón tiene solo una puerta acristalada que da al patio cubierto, todo eso hace que se necesita la luz artificial de día como de noche, siempre. A eso hay que añadir que el salón es realmente diminuto con solo 2 sofás pequeños puestos en paralelo y donde se pueden sentar escasamente 6 personas en una casa que ofrece 12 camas. Las habitaciones con grandes y bonitas pero en una volvemos a quedarnos sin ventanas, puesto que solo tiene 2 ventanucos muy altos que solo se abren de forma batiente y no dejan ver nada del exterior. La decoración de toda la casa es una mezcla de rustico y moderno que nos ha gustado mucho, pero el mobiliario es un poco escaso, hemos echado de menos algunas sillas o sillón en las habitaciones, algo para dejar la maleta, y en el baño algo para dejar la ropa y la bolsa de aseo y por supuesto mas asientos en el salón. En una zona de bodegas como Navarra también hemos echado de menos algunas copas para tomar el vino que habíamos comprado. Pero no todo esta mal en el Carolino, Monica es un encanto y el patio es muy acogedor y agradable, todo esta muy limpio y la casa esta en la zona mas bonita del pueblo, aunque como esta justo en frente de la iglesia y el reloj toca todas las horas así como los 1/4 y los 1/2, día y noche, para el sueño a veces es bastante molesto. Hay cosas que se pueden arreglar fácilmente y estoy segura que Monica con el tiempo lo hará, otras son mas complicadas pero a pesar de todo hemos disfrutado del fin de semana.

Muy agradable

Fuimos un grupo de 8 de personas y estuvimos muy bien. La casa es muy acogedora y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, casi todas tienen su baño propio. Los espacios están muy bien divididos para poder hacer diferentes actividades con comodidad. El patio es maravilloso, muy tranquilo, con zonas al sol y a la sombra, y con unas vistas preciosas. Mónica nos atendió con una gran sonrisa, mucha amabilidad y disposición para ayudarnos en cualquier cosa.
