Christine and Stephane are delighted to welcome you to their Gîte L’Ancien Chai, a former outbuilding registered in 1813 and fully renovated in 2022.
Located in the wine region of L’Entre-deux-Mers, between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, you’ll be surrounded by medieval villages, bastides, and châteaux. Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion are 35 km away, Sauternais is 8 km, and the Arcachon Bay is 85 km.
With 36 m² of space, the gîte offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.
Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a fully equipped bathroom. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and small appliances) and an adjoining living room (leather sofa, pellet stove, 109 cm TV, TNT, Wi-Fi, and smart speaker).
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please leave the gîte as clean as you found it. A cleaning deposit is required. The accommodation must be returned in good condition, otherwise cleaning fees may apply.
Enjoy a 17 m² outdoor terrace with garden furniture, plancha, barbecue, and a 360 m² adjoining garden. You can store your bikes in a locked garage. A reserved parking space is also available.
Please note that parties, events, and pets are not allowed on the property.
