Problem was that there was only one electrical outlet. Therefore the breathing machine could not be used. Need to have an outlet next to the bed and converter plugs available.

This place is ridiculously disturbing, very filthy. I cannot comprehend how this place has a rating of 3.5 out of 5 for cleanliness on Expedia. It is outdated, air conditioning did not work. Mattresses felt like rocks. I left this place immediately in the morning.

Small family run hotel. Nice breakfast and cozy pool to relax. It’s value for money so nothing impressive but clean and safe place to sleep and explore Larnaca.

Hotel for bycycle birdwatching holiday.

Hotel is 5 minute walk from the sea. There is bike hire for 6 euros a day which is incredible value. I biked to many birdwatching local sites ( my leisure activity is birdwatching and photography). - With the bike i saw 50 different bird species on my 1st day.

Needs updating. near the beech and the centre, a lot of restaurants near by. The family who runs the hotel including the staff are very nice and helpful. breakfast very good.

Great location

Great location with friendly staff We enjoyed our stay. Came to the hotel last minute after previous establishment had over booked. Staff helped us into our room and made it possible to stay an additional night even though they had been full. Would go back next time we visit Cyprus.

We stayed for just one night after tiring day travelling. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Hotel does need a lot of TLC to come up to an improved standard. Badly stained carpets in corridor, toilet door not closing, no lid on toilet bin in bathroom and wardrobe doors difficult to slide and open. Friends we were with did say breakfast was very good but we would not wish to stay here for more than one night

Overall a good stay

Hotel room was fine. Check in was smooth. Wifi was unreliable and only available in the lobby and room next to the lobby for free. No car parking facilities although I was able to find parking on the street. Room was cleaned well every day. Breakfast was OK with cereals, toast, eggs and a few other things.

Good value for price hotel

Hotel is situated 15 min drive from airport , near beach and promenade. 20 min walk to Larnaca center . Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are swimming pool and small gym. Breakfast is very basic . Free Wi-Fi works well on the ground floor only. Rooms need upgrading( old TV sets and air conditioners)

Sketch wifi

Good wifi covers a multitude of sins, but the wifi was sketch and only available in the lobby. Wifi was purportedly offered in the rooms at an extra 15 Euro/week. I tried twice to no avail. The door to the balcony did not have a lock or a catch. One of the outlets was coming out of the wall. Comforters could use replacing. Price was right, the people were nice, and I got used to working around the sketch wifi. Oh! and happy face at the airport info desk told me to get off at Mackenzie Beach which was a long trek with my bag. Tell the driver you want to get off at Danny's Market (the next stop) Then continue in the same direction as the bus, first corner right and dead end go left... a 2 minute walk instead of a 20 minute walk.
