Can do much better for price

Place is old and has had some work done, but not very professional and needs much more. It's off the beaten path, close to airport, but planes were going well into the night. Best thing about the place: the dinner at the resturant/hotel across the street (which also seemed to be only place nearby).

Property manager was friendly and helpful at check in, but the place itself was not clean (crumbs on table, mold in shower, I spotted a cockroach, etc). The water in the bathroom would not get above a tepid temperature. I was also charged a "cleaning fee" upon arrival that was not part of the price quoted on hotels.com. The place is conveniently located for the airport and is within a 10 minute walk of the beach and several dining options.

MY STAY RATING IS OF ONE DAY STAY. IT IS A PLEASANT EASY TO FIND NAERLY 5/10 MIN FROM AIRPORT. BEACH AND RESTURANTS 7/10 MIN WALK.THE OWNER IS GREAT AND HELPFULL THE APARTMENT IS CLEAN BUT THE TOILET AND KITCHEN NEEDS RENOVATION AND THE BALCONY IS GREAT FOR EVENING RELAXATION. THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE.
