Room looked like it was recently renovated within the last year or so - clean, streamlined. One thing I did not like is that as a global entity you did not offer complimentary breakfast as many others do. I thought the lady when i checked in said they serverd breafast which i thought was continental. When i went down it was a counter to "buy" items - very disappointing based on the global reach you have. thought you could do better than that.

The hotel location was fantastic due to the easy walkable access to the ferry to SF. In addition, the hotel location was quiet, safe and accessible to nearby shops for dining, coffee, deserts and much more with just a short walk across the street from the hotel.
