Very tidy, small hotel. Very clean and well decorated accommodation. We were in Room Iona, it was. Small but well equipped and comfortable. Kieth is a perfect host, charming informative and accommodating.

Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights as our first stop on a Scotland roadtrip, and we couldn't recommend it enough. The location is fantastic and Keith's recommendations did not steer us wrong once. The room was really clean and the breakfast was amazing!

The Guesthouse is walkable to shopping areas in Largs, and the pier if catching ferries or the paddle steamer Waverley. Hosts are amazing and even parked my car for me.

5 star stay

This is a beautiful guest house that is very close to the railway station and the waterfront. Ferries go to Great Cumbrae regularly where there are lovely walks and scenery. The room although small had everything you need. The shower was shared with another room but that was no problem. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh fruit, homemade bread, cooked breakfast. Keith was very welcoming and made you feel at home. Definitely would recommend.

Comfortable and charming seaside b&b

Very comfortable and looked after well by the owners. Shared bathroom has the benefit of being a huge shower! Lovely breakfast in a good location for the seafront. Will look to book again.

A really lovely B&B with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the room and bathroom very clean and comfortable with lots of generous extras - toiletries, tea and coffee, etc. We had a super stay and are very grateful!
