NEW! Countryside Retreat Home with Space for Entertaining, Weddings and More!

Our property is a barn house (shouse) located on just over 3.5 acres. The living quarters is over 2200 square feet and can sleep up to 22 guests. You can walk directly out to the fully heated/cooled barn that provides just under 6000 square feet of entertaining space. A 150" projector screen allows you to entertain your guests with the big game or have a movie night with the kids. Also in the barn is a bar with a beverage fridge and bar sink. From the barn you can walk out to the 1800 square foot covered patio and look out at the 3/4 acre stocked pond. The pond has a nice beach area to enjoy while everyone is swimming. If you are not a swimmer, feel free to bring your fishing poles and cast a line. If you are looking for a good workout, hop in the two pedal boats and cruise around the pond. The patio has plenty of seating and has two propane fire tables.

When the weather is nice outside we have a portable basketball Hoop for the paved parking lot, two portable soccer goals, wiffle ball, kick ball and footballs to enjoy. We have two cornhole boards and more outdoor games. If the weather is not so nice, you have the 6000 square foot barn to play most games inside!

The property gives you so much to do while you are here. Located just outside of town provides the country scene while close to local amenities. We look forward to your stay!

Alex is very quick to respond to questions. This was the second time we rented maple Lane retreat for a graduation party. Parking was great, having 4 restrooms in the party area was a plus and the entire rental is beautiful. We didn’t think to bring propane for the gas fire pits but it was still an enjoyable time on the patio. Its very convenient to hang up decorations with magnets so be sure to add them to your packing list. Our visitors loved the projector for the slide show and for the nintendo switch later that night. I love that the kitchen had a crockpot, baking sheets and anything else you may need. I feel like the owners truly thought of every last need of the guests. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Wonderful property!

My family stayed here to attend a nearby wedding.We had plenty of room, plenty of entertainment, and the kitchen was well equipped for a crowd. It was great to have indoor space to play as the weather was rainy. We really enjoyed our stay!

The Perfect Weekend
