Villa "Le Castagne" is a beautifully appointed vacation rental spanning 380 m2 across four levels, accommodating up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The property is characterized by rustic yet tasteful furnishings that lend a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living and sleeping room featuring a panoramic window that frames breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. This level includes 2 rooms, each appointed with 1 double bed, as well as an additional room with 2 beds. 2 shower, bidet, and WC facilities serve this floor.

The first upper floor is home to a generous living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table and direct access to the veranda. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

The second upper floor houses 4 bedrooms in total. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 double bed and a dedicated shower and WC. A third room offers 1 double bed with its own shower and WC, while the fourth room is fitted with 2 beds and a shower and WC, ensuring comfortable and private facilities for all guests.
