Perfect Open Space Home in Quality Kid Friendly Neighborhood
We are renting our lovely Larchmont home starting October 2020 to September 1st 2021 to a nice family, who like us needs to relocate for a few months away.
3 very large bedrooms on the 2nd floor. (master with ensuite bathroom with shower, and kids rooms with bathroom with full bath).
and 1 office (can be turned easily into a small bedroom) with an ensuite full bathroom.
1 finished basement playroom with a full shower bathroom.
Wonderful spacious open space living-dining with open style renovated kitchen which is great to watch and help the kids while you are doing your own work - especially during the quarantine. You will love the double oven Viking and the light to the deck and garden.
There is a great basketball space in the garden you and the kids will enjoy for months!
You can park up to 3 cars in our driveway.
We are keeping the garage to store our own vehicle while traveling.
Pets are upon negotiation.
