Desk service was fantastic (Issiah), never had better service at any hotel. I would love to see the facility restored, door by door, room by room. Please work to refurbish the grounds and rooms to good condition.

We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but could not bring ourselves to stay the second night. We were there with other family members as well that also decided to leave early because of the condition of the room. The floors were dirty, our room had an odor from the bathroom sink. The only thing that was clean was our sheets. However our family members weren't so lucky. Their sheets were filthy, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, floors had dog hair all over them. We will not be staying there again.

We checked into this hotel just long enough to see the state of the room and promptly returned keys to the front desk and left. You could not have paid me to stay the night here. Absolutely every surface was dirty and in disrepair. They seemed extremely understaffed and their staff didn’t seem to be trained in even the basics of checking in or out. We noted mold, strong cigarette odors, broken electrical fixtures and spiders in the room and the bed didn’t look to be clean or made properly with the bedding just kinda thrown into place.

When we checked in we noticed that the room was not cleaned so we went to the front desk to let them know. They were very apologetic and said they’d get right on that. We left for an event, when we get back we noticed everything we said was dirty was clean but after really checking how clean it was for now the 3rd time noticed dirty bed sheets and food underneath the bed and air conditioner. The manager said he would see what he can do for us regarding a discount of some sorts but never followed through with a phone call or a visit to our room ? -0 out of 10. Do not recommend
