We travel frequently as a family for youth sports and stay in many hotels. We chose this property because the town significantly increased prices for the tournament weekend, and this was one of the few reasonably priced options available. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had in over a decade of travel. There was loud partying and music until at least 3:00 a.m., making it impossible to rest. Dogs were barking constantly throughout the stay, and their waste was left around the property. Upon arrival, we found dog hair on the sheets, which is unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. Additionally, the refrigerator knob in our room was broken and unusable. Normally, we understand that you get what you pay for, but at $95 per night, this experience was completely unacceptable. The combination of noise, lack of cleanliness, and poor room condition made this stay extremely unpleasant. We expect better standards, especially during busy tournament weekends when families rely on hotels for rest and recovery. This experience fell well short of that expectation.

The rooms were clean for their age, bathroom was nicely updated. The day and night managers they were fantastic! Very kind, friendly and made the checking in/out process easy and fast.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with an establishment that supposed to provide service. The front desk worker is incompetent (if there’s more than one they likely all are). They overbook rooms, and just tell you “sorry I guess look for another establishment.” I booked through a third party but I don’t understand how it is possible that they didn’t receive a reservation made months in advance. Does the reservation just disappear into thin air? In any case, they take no accountability for garbage service and the manager does not care about customers. Not sure what I expected out of a motel 6, as they’re already viewed as a low quality option. But this location takes the cake as the worst I’ve ever seen. Don’t book here, don’t ever let anybody else book here either unless you want to be disappointed. Permanently close this location and immediately fire all the employees. Also Expedia is an awful booking site. I will never use this platform again.

Several issues, place is VERY rundown and poorly kept. Tried to ck in a little early, was told nothing was yet available (approx 1:30 or so). There was maybe 2 vehicles visible in parking lot. When I opened the room door, it was like stepping into a blast furnace. Heat up on high and every surface in the room was hot to the touch. Left front door open approx. 1 hour to try to cool room off. Asked front desk if there was any option available and was told no, just leave your door open until you go to bed. Pretty doubtful that we’ll ever stay there again. I would rather sleep in my car on the side of the road.

The room was clean but definitely needs some updates and repairs. The first night there was no hot water so I had to take a cold shower. The bed was hard as a rock and there was only two pillows. The safety lock on the door connecting to the neighboring room was busted off as if the door had been kicked in at some point. The price was right but I guess you get what you pay for.
