Good pet-friendly option.

Picked this hotel as a pet friendly, good price option to stay in Laramie. It was clean. In fact our carpet was still damp from cleaning. It was a pet room so maybe they were cleaning it from previous stayers. But no odor, everything clean. Comfortable bed, good water pressure and hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Standard breakfast that meets the necessities. Lots of area for dog walking. Definitely would stay again.

Toilet seat was broken. The wall AC unit was old and didn’t work well. The shower had very poor water pressure and badly in need of updating. Staff at Check in was unfriendly not heloful. No elevator to get to the second floor.

The sink was dirty, full of shaved hairs. I went out and asked if someone could clean it and when I came back was told it was just scratches. Went back to my room and saw the sink had mostly been cleaned and I washed the rest. Didn’t appreciate the dishonesty and lack of cleanliness.

Satisfied!

All the staff we encountered were incredibly nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Coffee was strong and breakfast good. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Not a great experience

The hotel itself wasn't bad, the room was ok, the beds there need to be replaced. The couch in the room had stains on it and the bed felt like it had a giant board running in the middle of it. We never saw any staff except when we checked in and breakfast which we were not impressed with rock hard cinnamon rolls. Would not stay here next time we visit.
