You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Centrally located between downtown & campus
Right between campus AND downtown, this private apartment is a great find in Laramie. In the upper level of a sweet, little vintage house, this place has what you need to make it your home away from home. Enjoy easy access to everything Laramie has to offer from this perfectly located home base. Don`t miss this Gem City gem!
This is a small house. It may not be suitable for taller or larger guests. There is a separate listing located in the garden level “basement” below.
With the exception of a locked cabinet for our cleaner, the entire apartment is available for guest use. Please be respectful of other guests/tenants in the basement and surrounding area.
Please reach out with any issues or concerns. We are available at any time for emergencies, and can answer other questions quickly between 7am and 10pm.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.
