I was deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality and professional service provided by all the staff, led by Glen. The bed was very comfortable and the entire hotel was clean & well-maintained thoroughly satisfied. There was a small mixup for the Airport pickup, in which Glen quickly set right by providing shuttle service back for our departure flight. The staff assisted us for a tour by contacting the provider even though we didn’t register our tour through the hotel. The staff was very helpful, Glen greeted us every morning for breakfeast and even provided hotel nurse service to my wife when she was stung by jellyfish on our tour. We will definitely come back to your hotel. Thank you very much for making our first Cebu trip memorable. Miller Family Forgot to mention the Breakfast buffet was fabulous Make sure to snorkel in the hotel beach, there is a lot of sea life and the staff will provide you with breadcrumbs to feed the fish as you enjoy your water activities.

I had an excellent time here. The staff was exceptional and the room was amazing. The location is a ways away from stuff but I got a free lift to Mactan uptown and using grab to get back was easy. The pool and beach area was amazingly tended to. I was very impressed with this property.

Parking lot is convenient just across the entrance but it’s dirt road and gravel, staff is excellent, very helpful, rooms are clean, good beds and pillows, great bathrooms, most of the beach is great, good swim are for snorkeling

My wife and I decided on the last minute to include Cebu in our Asian Travel visiting from Canada. A fried of mine who is base out if Cebu City and works as Medical Director offered his corporate contact at another 5 star resort. The discounted price was actually lower than The Reef. However, getting answers from our inquiries went by unanswered or very delayed. In spite of the attractive pricing, we decided to look for another property. Mr Joshua Lumapas was excellent in his response time and offered suggestions on how to make our visit even more memorable. The client engagement was quick, concise, and very approachable. He made its very easy decision to choose The Reef at that point. Upon arrival at the property, I had the pleasure of meeting and engaging with Mr. Glenn Ylanan and Miss Rose Brusas. It set the tone foe what would be a very memorable weekend. Both Mr Ylalan and Miss Brusas made my wife and I very welcome by their engaging smile and wonderful service. We wished we had more time at the resort to enjoy the view and the hospitality. All 3 stellar employees are excellent brand ambassadors of your company. While a lot of what they exhibited is innate to their personalities, I am sure the training and culture provided by Management has a lot to doing with it. We look forward to our next visit and experiencing more of the professionalism and welcome from employees like Glenn, Rose, and Joshua.

The hotel is beautiful with very friendly and helpful staff. John from concierge and Rosie at the front desk made our stay even more memorable. The beach and pool are stunning, the breakfast had a good variety and good food and the hotel offers a free shuttle into Newtown in the evenings which was perfect for dinner. We would definitely come back to stay.

Beautiful new hotel. We upgraded to an ocean view and it was lovely. Spa services were very good and reasonable price. The staff were very attentive. Not a very walkable property, cab rides were required to go anywhere.
