The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—from the front desk team to the lifeguards. Everyone made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, although I would have appreciated a fish dish as an additional choice. My only minor complaint is the toilet seat in our room. It was quite wobbly and seems like it’s due for a replacement. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The staff are really nice and helpful, especially the night receptionist. Room is awkward layout and needed repairs. Hardly a beach and covered in algae. Decent place to stay, but not much restaurant selection.

Too pricey for the facility and what it offered in terms of quality. Location is not the best. The accommodation was large it had two bedrooms, living room with big tv and a kitchen with a big fridge and sink, no silverware or glasses. It had a big balcony the bedroom and living had full sea view. Bathroom was outdated, dark, peeling mirror, towels smelled bad. Bedsheets had stains. Breakfast buffet was small mostly pork and rice. Only fruit was sliced watermelon and pineapple. Coffee was terrible out of a metal container.

Huge clean room with comfy bed. Friendly helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was awesome and varied every day. We had reservations both the New Year’s Eve dinner and countdown. Great food, entertainment and an impressive fireworks display right in front of us. We will be staying here again.

The first impressions of the area are not great, but the hotel building itself is modern. The beachfront at the hotel does not look great when the tide is out (with exposed seaweed), but beautiful when it comes in. The staff were all very nice. The main issues we had were related to maintenance. The handle on the shower fell off (so difficult to control the shower) and it was impossible to turn off one of the lights in the bedroom. We called housekeeping and maintenance, but no one was able to turn it off meaning we had to sleep with the light on!! Also, the pier in front of the hotel is in very bad condition. On the positive side, the restaurant is great. I had delicious spaghetti meatballs for dinner and the corned beef for breakfast was great.
