Will you come from a different country? You would like to be able to watch channels on TV or at least be able to hook up your Netflix account but when that’s not possible it makes for a really hard trip. If you can only watch one channel that’s an English, especially when you can hook up your Netflix account. How can you be comfortable? I like to lay in bed and watch TV when I’m relaxing and I like to have a soft comfortable bed if it’s listed as a five star hotel, that’s what it should be not a hard bed where you have to beg them to fix the mattress and they have to put two or three mattress pads on top of the bed for you to be comfortable

clean room, okay staff, doormen and bellboy were very nice, bathroom floods and breakfast is so so. got charged a big amount for deposit and was promised a refund, half a month later still waiting. Customer service is poor. They do not reply via email though they show email addresses. Only replied once via social media

I was staying on the 17th floor when the earthquake struck..the hotel stood up very well and the staff were very professional and efficient..we were all rallied into the car park while engineers checked all safety on the building...the food is slso very good and the rooms are in good decor

Hot water wasn't sufficient during showers. It was cool to lukewarm even after being advised to let the water run several minutes. Telephone in the room did not work - all preprogrmmed buttons went to a dead tone. In room aircon was too loud and too cold even after setting temp to as high as 29° and 30° at low fan. Certain towels, bath robes and amenities were not replaced daily and had to be requested several times with housekeeping. Room had a strong musty smell upon entering esp when aircon had not been running before. Needed aircon to dissipate the smell.

Price was reasonable the staff were all friendly and food was really good the walk to beach was short (5mins) but well worth it. Jet skis were fun. Only one negative experience was there always seemed to be someone trying to sell or rent you a condo even when going back and forth from your room someone would present you a brochure of upcoming condos for sale from the lobby didn’t like that.
