The inside is cozy and features an open floor plan perfect for family meals, board game nights, or sprawling out on the living room floor for a movie. Expect to see plenty of wildlife including birds, small critters, deer, and bears! Excellent location for a staycation or an everyday adventure base camp. Plenty of parking in the driveway, marijuana is legal in Colorado and allowed on the property. Absolutely no cigarettes at any time. We do not have central AC, however, you will find an evaporative cooler, window unit, and whole-house fan will keep the house cool on hot summer nights.
