Maison de famille en cours de restauration, située sur la commune de Lanvallay, face aux remparts de Dinan et à proximité immédiate de la Rance et de son chemin de halage.
Seul le Rez de chaussé (sur sous sol) est proposé à la location. Il comprend deux chambres, une cuisine indépendante ouvrant sur une terrasse, une salle à manger avec un coin salon, une salle de bain et des toilettes séparées.
Les 2 chambres sont équipées de lits doubles en 140

Excellent in every way!

The house is super and in a great location. Quiet area yet close to Dinan, Rennes and St.Malo with the Emerald Coast and its beaches only a short drive away.
