Welcome to this charming villa in Cassy, in the municipality of Lanton, perfect for a dream stay on the basin! Upon arrival, the outdoor space will immerse you in a holiday atmosphere. The beautiful covered terrace is ideal for enjoying breakfasts, summer salads and grilled skewers on the plancha in the shade. The soothing view over the swimming pool completes this idyllic setting, with the promise of a refreshing dip.



The living space, decorated in a seaside spirit, is divided into four distinct zones.

The lounge, facing outwards, invites gatherings, lively discussions or board games;

The dining room, conducive to moments of conviviality around good meals;

And finally, the fully equipped kitchen, spacious and with views over the garden and terrace. It has a cooker with 6 gas hobs accompanied by an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and an electric kettle.



Above the living area, a mezzanine where you can take a break to watch TV (note that the staircase and railing are dangerous for children), in the evening, the unfolded sofa offers comfortable sleeping for two adults.



The villa also includes two bedrooms. The first, opening onto the garden, features a double bed, wooden flooring and a wooden ceiling, which creates a "cabin" atmosphere, conducive to peace and rest. The second bedroom, with its two single beds, evokes the seaside thanks to its shades of blue.



A large bathroom is at your disposal, equipped with a double sink, an Italian-style rain shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer.



For your comfort, you will also find large storage spaces, an iron and an ironing board. The house also offers two parking spaces.



*This house is not suitable for children under 5 years old due to the staircase and mezzanine. The pool is open from 1st June to 30th October.
