Stayed in this beautiful place with a total of 14 people. There wasn’t a bad place in the house to sleep and it was able to accommodate all of us with room despair. Highly recommend.

Everything you need for a large gathering

The house served our family reunion of 24 people easily. There are two kitchens on the main floor. The rooms are all large and the master bathrooms are clean and spacious . There is also a basement apartment which we occupied which had another kitchen. We had plates and utensils and everything that we needed for our night of grilling .The pool table was centrally located and there were lots of outdoor areas . We could sit on the porch , use the hot tub or just relax by the fire and watch the fireflies & stars. It was a perfect location so we could check out The farmers market and waterfalls. It sounded too good to be true for our family reunion, but it actually was everything and more!

Friend Weekend 2024

Property was well kept and very spacious. Had more than enough bath towels, & bathrooms were stocked with extra toilet paper & hand soap. Hosts were quick to respond to messages. Property could use more necessities in the kitchen to make sure it accommodates lots of people. Consider updating property description to indicate 3 of the 9 bedrooms are accessible only via another entrance. All in all had a great time!

Family reunion

We all meet here for a 3 night family reunion. This was the perfect spot for 9 families. We all got the visit and enjoy the beautiful lake and area!! I would highly recommend this place!! The hosts were very attentive and that was greatly appreciated!! Thank you again!!

Great Gathering Space!

Sixteen of us had a great stay! Property accurately described. The open floor plan let our entire group hang out in the same room. Ample parking - we easily parked 8 cars. Easy check-in. Toilet paper, dish soap, soap, body wash, shampoo, filtered water all included. Hosts very responsive & helpful; they even offered to come shovel snow if needed. Our group enjoyed skiing at Greek Peak Mountain Resort, Treleaven winery & brewery, city of Ithaca, Ithaca Falls, and Cornell University. Cayuga Lake views are outstanding in the winter.
