We called prior to the football game asking if it was ok for a late check-in, for the game didn’t start until 7pm. We were assured it would be fine, that there would be staff at the front desk 24/7. Upon arrival, we were told that the shift, prior to the current, gave our 2 queen beds to someone else, switching us to 2 twin beds. We paid upfront for 4 adults. They apologized and said they thought we only had 2 adults and the prior shift reported that they were balanced. Assuming, everyone has a bed for the hotel. The staff on hand did manage to find us a room 10 minutes away and paid for it, but it completely ruined our plans and we were extremely disappointed.

Great property & front desk, housekeeping staff. Valet parking a bit complicated, not well explained by attendant or front desk staff. Valet attendants not friendly, in their room on their phones, never offered to carry bag or open the door. They are a bad first & last impression of a pretty cool property!

Newer hotel, so still nice and clean. Price is reasonable, especially on weekdays. Only real issue is parking - valet is the only real option at $35/day. Otherwise, staff is friendly and helpful and great location to shops, restaurants, and MSU.

The hotel is great. The staff is terrible and not know knowledgeable. Also, we were livid when an "engeneering guy" knocks hard on every single door at 8am to say he had work to do on light switches. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, we checked in at 2AM after a long day of traveling It was so upsetting. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS for this type of hotel. Unacceptable. The parking situation is terrible too.
