PAS DE LAVE-LINGELe logement est très agréable et bien renové, bonne adresse pour ceux qui apprécient le calmeCependant, à ce jour l’annonce montre toujours une photo de lave-linge mais en réalité il n’y en a pas. Il fallait comprendre qu’il y en avait bien eu un, mais que ce n’est plus le cas aujourd’hui!!! Je trouve l’explication un peu limite. La mention blanchisserie figurant dans les équipements signifient que vous pouvez faire quelques km en voiture pour trouver une laverie automatique (parking de l’Intermarché ou centre de Lannion). Le logement est dans un village, il n’y a évidemment pas de blanchisserie. Quelques idées de petites àméliorations à envisager(outre le lave-linge): autant de chiliennes que de résidents, tondre la pelouse et peut-être planter quelques agapanthes qui poussent toutes seules pour agrémenter le jardin, prévoir un petite meuble de rangement pour les courses alimentaires et des parterres dans la salle de bain afin d’accrocher sa serviette ou ses vêtements. L’ouverture des portes est un peu difficile, il faut appuyer très fort sur la poignée

Cadre

La maison est rénovée avec goût, le tout dans le style breton. Le cadre est très calme, tout en étant proche des commodités de Lannion et de la côte de granit rose. On aimerait rester dans cette maison !
