The room, hotel facilities were very good. There are things that could have been better. 1. breakfast, coffee was very poor quality, the local tea was great however! I was also not a fan of the pork substitutes but I get that is because of the country are in. 2. The night live singing was not good, it went on for several hours several days and some of the cover songs were terrible. 3. A few times we ate the service was slow, slow to order then mains delivered at different times. 4. Surrounding area needs touching up, I know this may not fall under hotel duty but it does have an impact on guest experience.

Amazing Stay at Park Royal Resort Langkawi We stayed at Park Royal Resort Langkawi and had an amazing experience. The hotel has a beautiful ocean view and easy access to everything. The pool on the 5th floor was very nice, and the view from there was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was very good with many options to choose from, and the view during breakfast made it even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, and the 24-hour room service was excellent—we didn’t need to ask for anything because everything was already perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they truly made our stay special. I would especially like to mention the receptionist who checked us in, Ahmed. After a long flight, he gave us a very warm welcome and made the entire stay relaxing from the very beginning. He helped us with everything we needed, and we are very grateful to him. Deluxe, King Size , Ocean View The room was clean and the toilet was bigger than expected. It also featured a super clean bathtub which my wife loved. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we just enjoyed the moment. The staff were true professional. An incident of a faulty ceiling fan was encountered at our balcony around 10.30pm. Upon informing the front desk, the technician came swiftly and they fixed it right away. I am surprised by the the technician's availability at that hour & on the spot rectification. Well done!! We will certainly book this hotel if we come to Langkawi again 😁
