A beautiful resort in a beautiful location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Berjaya. It’s conveniently located to lots of Island attractions and surrounded by a beautiful rain forest. The room was excellent and well sized. The food was really good and overall it was great value for money.

The Berjaya Langkawi Resort exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful chalets set right in the tropical rainforest and a lovely, quiet beach perfect for relaxing. Our child loved seeing monkeys, birds, and other wildlife around the resort — it made the stay truly memorable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and safe for families. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy nature, comfort, and a relaxing holiday in Langkawi.

An absolutely beautiful hotel. The setting is stunning, it’s like something out of a fairy tale. The lush rainforest where you see such a wide variety of wildlife including dusky leaf monkeys to the beautiful beach setting. The staff can’t do enough for you, they are so warm, kind and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious and there is a variety of restaurants to choose from. The service at the hotel is the best and most efficient we’ve experienced on our holiday in Malaysia. The chalets are beautiful and comfortable and grounds are kept immaculately. I can honestly say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you for helping us make memories that will last a lifetime. Please never change! We can’t wait to come back!

Clean room, nice area but we felt like the staff were all quite vague with instructions (especially at the spa) or blunt when you tried to talk to them. The spa is expensive and the restaurants aren’t really anything to rave about so don’t get stuck there for 10 days with only a few restaurants to choose from like we did. There is nothing else around the area. Breakfast was decent.

Most enjoyable stay for so many reasons. While the property is a bit dated, it is very well maintained. It is rather out of the way, but the fact it is nestled between the sea in the front and forest behind, I did not mind the drive. You can experience either the serenity of the sea or sounds of the forest, depending on the chalet you choose to stay in. Housekeeping is excellent, services offered is extensive, food quality and options are amazing, staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. Many small things like loanable amenities, having two sinks in the bathroom, refillable minibar, generous bathroom, no plastic bottles used, balcony with a sunset view, ever present security guards etc. made our stay so very memorable.

Well maintained resort, clean room and pathway, all in one place. Staff were supportive, shuttle call was spontaneous except the checkout time. Restaurant orders were provided as a whole, nearly 1hr after order (hopefully due to the rush), we changed the restaurant and service was quick. Apart from these points, i would definately recommend this resort for my friends. Short advice for guests, pool area bench are meant for people using pool, people are reserving their spots without being there for hours. I appreciate the management towards the patience for the guests, but reserving the pool bench with towels should not be encouraged.
