The staff were excellent—friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The Jelapeng restaurant’s à la carte menu was excellent. The dishes were flavorful and consistently served hot, clearly prepared fresh upon ordering. Breakfast was fresh, but the variety was limited. It would be great to have more options. For example, the fruits were consistently only watermelon and pineapple. A handheld bidet spray is not available in the toilet. Instead, there is a water hose with a wall-mounted valve. For guests who do not use toilet paper, managing the water flow after use can be challenging.

I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 night's and I must say it was one of the best stays that I have had in Malaysia. All the staff were amazing, attentive, always smiling and went the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable. I am already planning a return trip this time with my family. Great hotel, amazing staff and outstanding views from the higher floors where I was located. A very eclectic mix of guests who greeted one another and were always smiling. Nice hotel for a vacation

Nice family hotel for a vacation in Langkawi. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast had good food choices. Booked two rooms, the safe didnt work in one room. Only downside was there was no exhaust in the bathrooms and the smell would linger for hours.
