Eigentlich ist die Lage des Hotels gut. Und ein Hotel mit einem Hundekonzept an so einer Lage eine überaus lobenswerte Idee. Positiv auch, die Angebote und vorschläge für Unternehmungen in die Region. Das Personal an der Rezeption und auf der Terrasse ist freundlich und bemüht. Die altbackenen Zimmer ruinieren das Erlebnis total. Mit den Teppichen und den rustikalen Möbeln in sehr dunkeln Farben kommt zwangsschulferienlagerstimmung auf, aber mehr nicht. Das Frühstück ist ansprechend, O-Saft ist nur gegen Entgelt zu haben. Habe ich in DE in vielen hotels bisher nie erlebt, aber ok, sonst passts. Dass die Hunde in den Speisesaal dürfen ist positiv für uns Hundehalter, passt aber nicht zum fragwürdigen Konzept der tischzuteilung. Und es passt halt auch nicht zwischen allen Hunden und Hundehalter. Zumindest eine Nachfrage beim checkin, ob ok wäre Pflicht. Es hat vermutlich einfach schlicht zu wenig Platz für einen entsprechenden Speisesaal, dass dies so gelöst wird. Dann aber ist unverständlich dass eine einzelperson alleine an einem der grössten Tische sitzt. Der Agility Platz wird seiner Bezeichnung nicht gerecht. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Geräte sind aus meiner Sicht und Erfahrung für echtes Training ungeeignet und zum Teil sogar gefährlich (Wippen). Hier müsste ein echtes Konzept mit einem hundetrainer erstellt werden. Btw. Das dürfte die Nutzer auch etwas kosten. Da liegt es teilweise auch an den Gästen, die den Platz als Gassi-Arena missbrauchen.

Wir haben uns noch nie so willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal ist durchgehen freundlich. Auch unser Hund wurde nur toll behandelt und darf auch mit zum Essen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Man ist sofort im Feld. Unser Zimmer war etwas älter und abgewohnt aber sehr sauber und groß.

Ein Tolles Hotel mit einem fantastischen Frühstücksbuffet ,aber es ist einiges ziemlich 'abgerockt' . Der Lack löst sich von den Schränken, die Bettrahmen ziehen Stofffäden, Türschlösser ausgebrochen . Hier sollte mal ein Schreiner nen Monat verbringen dann wäre alles Top. Würde für den Preis von 55 eur aber wiederkommen. Personal super nett. Und die Lage sowie Aussicht ist ein Traum.

Hundefreundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich

Im Wolfshof sind nicht nur wir, sondern auch unser Hund Balto herzlich willkommen. Und das merkt man auch stets. Die Betreiber und das Personal sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist hervorragend und lässt sich in einem super Ambiente wirklich genießen. Leider hat unser Balto erst am Tag der Abreise verstanden wie man die Marmortreppe in den 1. Stock des Nebenhauses, in welchem wir untergebracht waren, läuft, wodurch mein Rücken weitere Erholung braucht. Das bzw. die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Da viele Teile des Hotels renoviert wurden bzw. noch renoviert werden, rechnen wir auch fest damit, dass unser Zimmer auch bald in neuem Glanz erstrahlt. Wir werden das sicherlich nochmal überprüfen und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

Dringend Renovierung nötigt / Betten eine Zumutung

Leider alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und veraltet, kein zeitgemäßer Standard. Hier muss dringend renoviert werden. Der Pool ist groß genug zu schwimmen. Das Essen (Halbpension) abends war recht gut. Die Betten waren furchtbar: durchgelegene uralte Matratzen, die so komplett auf den Sperrmüll müssten. Dies sollte man keinem Gast zumuten darin zu schlafen. Abgewetzter, fleckiger Teppich. Abblätternde Farbe an der Wand am Fenster. Alte Holzmöbel, alles angemackt und sichtlich alt.
