Location good. Kaliva close to the main beach and pool. Bed and pillows needs replacing. Bathrooms need extraction fans- no windows. Club Mykonos is still well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Will recommend this property.

The check in was great, friendly staff & we had a much earlier check in as the room was ready, which was appreciated. The room we were given wasn't however in a great location - Room 588 was a stand alone room with the entrance literally behind some kind of cafe. So the noise of the generators meant the entrance was awful. The room was great however with extremely comfy beds & a decent shower. The view over the harbour however was not...The balcony was directly below a restaurant so that meant it wasn't the picturesque view we had seen from other apartments. There were also seagulls everywhere, making a lot of noise which yes i know is to be expected by the sea but over our room it was especially bad due to the restaurants either side. There was no air con in either bedroom & only a poor ceiling fan that did nothing, meaning sleep was fitful. We used the gym which was decent enough & went to relax around a small pool which was also lovely. However the cocktail bar attached to it had no staff in it & you had to keep going into the attached restaurant to ask for a drink....kind of defeats the object of having a pool side bar no? The resort is massive & clearly people come here for a weeks break. For the price we paid for 1 night it was fine but if i was staying longer i would not have accepted the room or it's location.

The room was clean but the stair wells were extremly poor mainted bird droppings in front of our room.The safe in the room did not work after complaining several times they gave us the key. The spot light on the gaurd house was broken It needed a new bracket as result the light was shinning directly in to our room complained several times but no effort to fix the problem

Nice but very limited power

Club Mykonos is a really nice place to stay whether you book a single room or a one/two-bedroom unit with a kitchen. I have stayed here a number of times and always have no serious issues, they are willing to go the extra mile. Units with all inside are in excellent condition. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had is that in South Africa we have parts of the day where electricity is switched off (Loadshedding) and except for the casino they do not cater for lights inside the units or on the grounds and maybe the TV to stay on. I've stayed in the countryside even more remote where the lodges and guest rooms have backup systems and the accommodation cost is half what Club Mykonos is charging. This they need to have a look at and provide enough lights in the evening at least

hoppy, but cautious

Everything was really lovely, until we had to walk from the casino to our chalet, as it was after 12pm and there was no shuttle to get us back. also the walk up from the parking to the chalet (734) was challenging (for the over 60's). Maybe, this should be considered when taking a booking

I do not like that you are lying that I stayed in your hotel. You are denying that you were informed about unauthorised booking and payment. That you promised to cancel and yet went ahead and deducted the money. You are sending me from pillar to post lying by saying it's Éxpedia that has access. Expedia knew nothing and could understand had no access to your processes

another trip, done and dusted

The stay was an adventure considering it was our first time. The windows and doors need to be looked at. In the middle of winter the wind tends to creep through. All staff was absolutely perfect, friendly and helpful

We was given 250 MB for internet but it expired after a 12 minute Skype Call which cancelled the call out. So I believe their counting of MB can not be correct. When phoning reception it was clear I must buy more but I had to come to the reception - a rather inconvenient and primitive way in todays standard - to purchase more. Perhaps a trick from the hotel as they know that most likely the guest buy more MB than he probably will use up due to the inconvenience. Who want to dress and walk all the way - a rather long way at Mykonos - especially late after dinner or at 5 am in the morning. Most disappointment of all was for my wife to discover that the casino did not open until 9.30 am - that was discovered after I escorted her to the casino at 6 am - she then had to wait until 9.30 and check out time was 10.00 am also not announced when booking the room. The only reason we travelled to Mykonos in Langebaan was for my wife to experience the casino. We will not come back to Mykonos because the casino opens too late for such an early check out time.

Great location for family trip. Close to West coast national park. Direct access to beautiful beach. However room was a bit cold and lock for one of the windows was broken.
