Unique, newly refurbished house on Lake Lanier, SC.

This is a unique, newly refurbished home on Lake Lanier, SC, just a few miles from downtown Tryon, NC. This smaller home is on a quiet, spacious cove on the lake with shade and multiple decks to relax and there is safe swimming right off of the dock. TIEC, our equestrian center, and FENCE are just miles away and lots of hiking/biking trails are close, not to mention the lake fun for paddleboarding and kayaking. We have 3 kayaks available to use (waivers must be signed), several blowup rafts, a foosball table and a hammock on the lower shaded porch. The upper porch is sunny and has a dining area with charcoal grill and supplies available. Our local grocery, laundromat, antique shopping and locally owned restaurants are just a few miles away. There is a steep, narrow staircase leading to upstairs and lots of stairs from the car park all the way down to the lake so please keep that in mind!

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which has a kitchen. There's a private balcony. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment.
