L'Intemporelle is a large manor house situated in a village 10 minutes from Surgères TGV station, 20 minutes from Châtelaillon beach, 35 minutes from La Rochelle and 20 minutes from Rochefort. It can be booked for a holiday with family or friends, or on a day-use basis to accommodate your team whilst working remotely or attending a seminar.
 
We are committed to welcoming you to a peaceful setting that is ideal for both socialising and focusing. Come and recharge your batteries whilst enjoying all the comforts the house has to offer, and set off to explore the region's must-see attractions (a list of activities is available on our website).
 
On the ground floor, the house features a spacious 55m² living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, where you can enjoy convivial moments around a large table or simply in front of a cosy log fire — a setting that lends itself just as well to a team meeting as to a family meal. On the ground floor, you'll also find an accessible bedroom with an adapted toilet and shower, the master suite with en-suite bathroom, two toilets, a shower room and a utility room containing a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a second fridge and storage space.
 
The first floor comprises two bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed, and a charming dormitory with three single beds and a sofa bed for everyday use. The floor also features a shower room and a toilet.
 
The enclosed grounds, covering an area of 2,200 m², offer several parking spaces. You'll enjoy a secure, heated and private infinity pool, as well as a terrace with a barbecue. A 100 m² converted outbuilding completes the property: dining and relaxation areas, leisure activities (billiards, darts, table tennis, table football) — a real bonus for unwinding between work sessions or extending the fun into the evening.
 
High-quality bedding and bath towels are provided.
A travel cot and a high chair are also available.
 
Local amenities (5 mins away): grocery shop, bakery, mini-market, newsagent and chemist.
 
To make your stay even more enjoyable and help you make the most of your visit, we offer a range of services in partnership with local producers and other local businesses (catering, breakfast delivery, wellness treatments, etc.)
 
Before your arrival, we can also collect your shopping from the drive-through and put it away for you.
