Family Granite stone house with direct access to the beach of St-Sieu, Lancieux

House with exclusive location and private access to the beach of Saint-Sieu. It is surrounded by a garden of 300 m2 and has a small cute outbuilding (kiosk) overlooking the large beach and the rocks of Saint-Sieu.
It is our family home since 1960.
It consists of a ground floor and 2 floors.
On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room and WC.
On the 1st floor: living room, kitchen and WC.
On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room and toilet.
With a garden on both side of the house, you can choose the ideal place to be during the day. With one side on the south side and the other one at the sea side is dominating up onto the beach and sea.
On the south side is also a built-in grill corner with terrasse table protected under sub-roof.
The surrounding in Lancieux and St-Briac offers different activities like horse ridding, hiking trail, nautical club, rental of Catamaran, Kayaks, Golf de Lancieux (9 holes) and Golf of Dinard/St-Briac (18 holes).
The city of St-Malo is 25min. drive away and Mont St-Michel just 60min. drive away.
You can as well take some time to visit the famous city of Dinan. It's one of the best places to visit in Brittany. In a few hours, you'll have time to enjoy the cute port and the cobbled medieval streets with their half-timbered houses. Just 30 minutes away from the house.

Airport of Dinard-Pleurtuit (St Malo) (DNR) 20 minutes from the house.
Airport of Rennes (RNS) at 70km south.

Superbe Maison et location

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison était propre et bien équipée. Nous avons bien profité du BBQ. Mais le bonus est sa location avec son accès direct à la plage et la vue…nous avons profité de la mer sous tous les temps, de superbe coucher de soleil et du feu d’artifice tranquillement assis dans le jardin ou à l’intérieur. Les commerces et le marché de Lancieux sont accessible à pieds tandis que Dinan, Saint-Malo et autres sont a de courtes distances en voiture. La communication avec les propriétaires et les hôtes a été parfaite.

un endroit de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de caractère, meublée et décorée avec goût. La vue panoramique sur la mer est impressionnante, la regarder par tous les temps et toutes les lumières est un spectacle à part entière, pas besoin d'écrans ! L'accès direct à la plage est un privilège. J'aimerais revenir... (Attention la maison est sur 3 niveaux, pas idéal pour les personnes se déplaçant difficilement.)

Schönes Sommerhaus

Wir haben eine schöne Woche bei perfektem Sommerwetter in der Bretagne verlebt. Die Aussicht vom Garten und aus dem Haus ist wunderbar und lässt einen an den unterschiedlichen Gesichtern des Strandes bei Ebbe und Flut hautnah teilhaben. Der vollständig umzäunte Garten ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund. Gartenliegen und Stühle sind genug vorhanden, Grill und großer Gartentisch machen das Leben bei Sommer und Sonne perfekt.

Traumhaftes Wohnen direkt am Meer

Wir haben wundervolle und erholsame Tage in diesem Traumhaus verbracht. Tatsächlich sind Haus und Umgebung noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Lage mit dem direkten Strandzugang und der Aussicht auf das Meer sind einfach zauberhaft. Das Haus ist eine passende Mischung aus moderner Ausstattung und bretonischem Charme. Vermieter und Kontaktpersonen waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.
