Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious and fully renovated kitchen, equipped with all the essentials and boasting views out to the ocean. The central lounge opens onto the full-length front balcony, ideal for those balmy evening BBQs. Or retreat to the rear enclosed balcony, the perfect spot to unwind with a drink while watching the sunset with family and friends.

All three bathrooms, along with the kitchen, have been stylishly renovated for modern comfort and convenience. With ocean views on one side and dune views on the other, it’s easy to see why this classic Lancelin getaway is fittingly named Double View!

The central timber staircase links the upstairs living with the downstairs level, where you’ll find additional bedrooms, a renovated bathroom, and a massive laundry/utility room.

Just a few minutes’ walk to shops, parks, the beach, cafés, and the iconic Lancelin Tavern, Double View offers the perfect location to enjoy everything this coastal town has to offer. Simply pack the car and start holidaying the moment you arrive!

Perfect holiday spot

This house was actually a lot better than advertised! It was perfect for our family with plenty of space for everyone. Excellent location - easy walking distance to most things around town

Great spacious house

Thanks for allowing us to stay at the house. The number of bathrooms helped with the number of adults. Xmas lunch on the front balcony and drinks on the back balcony. Close to all amenities
