Our stay at the Neat and Nifty in Lancaster, NY was great. The apartment was very clean and organized and had a very nice kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The location for us was perfect. As a matter of fact, I've already booked it for another stay in 2026. Shannon was very nice and made us feel very welcome.

This was absolutely the best place to stay at! I feel like the photos in the listing do not do the place justice. The kitchen, though we did not utilize it, was fully stocked if we had decided to cook while on our trip. The place was very cozy, and felt like a home away from home. Shannon was also very kind and greeted us when we got there. The bed was so inviting and comfortable to sleep in, especially after how much sightseeing we did every day as we were exhausted, and having a nice comfortable bed to return to was amazing. The place was nice and clean, as well. My husband and I cannot express enough how much we loved our stay here. Definitely a hidden gem!

Nice basement apartment with everything you might need available. Cozy. The only issue we had was we didn't see the note about turning on the heaters until our second day there. It was very chilly that night and I got cold overnight.

My stay in Shannon’s VRBO

This is a warm, welcoming apartment. I found it to be easy to get around the area. The kitchen is just right with lots of amenities available. Modern appliances in kitchen and laundry area. I was visiting friends and ate out often so didn’t get a chance do any real cooking. Lots of cooking utensils. The living room was cozy and very comfortable. I will try to stay here in the future.
