Hotel was in disrepair, the back steps are crumbling, the rear deck was taped off with caution tape, so we couldn’t use it, and there was a hole through our bathtub that was just filled in with caulk.

The staff were very rude. There were no towels for the pool, not enough towels in the bathroom or toilet paper, and there were crumbs on the floor in the kitchen area when we arrived.
