Very convenient to Sight and Sound Theater, which was our reason for visiting. The breakfast was a true continental breakfast, but was available and area was clean. Motel has 2 floors. We were on the second with one flight of stairs. If you aren't able to do stairs, request a ground floor room.

Although we were staying overnight the hotel had several families that ignored the rules after 8pm rowdy extreme banging noise and running around the hotel unfortunately.

Affordable, Yet Bed Bugs Ruined Our Stay”

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) I stayed at the Eastbrook Inn in Lancaster, PA. The staff was friendly and the price was affordable, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The breakfast was not good, and the worst part was that my wife got bed bug bites from the mattress, leaving her with skin irritation. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel despite the good attention from the staff.

We enjoy our stay but breakfast was not good when I walk in glass coffee pot was sitting on hot plat and only drop in pot so it was burning. Need some donuts or something most just look and then they walk back out

Overall it was a great experience! We had a smooth check-in, enough space for our family of 5 (we had 3 double beds in our room) and a clean/comfy room. For the price, it was a good deal.

Nice Hotel for Any Traveler

This hotel is a pearl. It is clean, well-managed, and conveniently located. The continental breakfast is okay, but the meal offerings nearby are a better option. The availability of coffee, tea, bagels, and cereal is great for those who have events scheduled for early in the day. The WiFi and cellular service is excellent. Many theaters and sightseeing venues are close by and there are nice eateries everywhere. Would stay again.
