From the time of booking, Teresa was extremely communicative and helpful. She reached out and shared her number in case we needed anything. She noticed that it would be four of us for her one-bedroom place, so she took it upon herself to order a futon mattress so that we could be more comfortable. That was not something that we asked for, but she wanted to make sure that we would be comfortable during our stay. She was VERY accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. So long as you are communicating with her, she will work with you. Also, at one point, my daughter and I locked ourselves out of the house, and Teresa and her husband were able to open the door for us without a problem. I felt bad for inconveniencing them, but they were not upset and were happy to help us out. Lastly, the place was very clean. She had clean towels, linens, and all kinds of new toiletries in case we needed them. Teresa was an amazing host, and I would recommend her place to anyone looking to stay in the Lancaster/Palmdale area. Thank you again for being such a lovely person, Teresa!
