The shower and toilet had some issues. The toilet didn’t really flush. You had to flush multiple times for it to actually flush. And the shower didn’t send all of the water to the shower head so the pressure was pretty bad.

Cheap option

The room was not very clean. Mold and water stains in the bathroom. Food crumbs on the floor. Dust on dresser and next to refrigerator. Bed was ok, but tip cover seemed stained.

Overall, poorly ran establishment. Room was dirty and moldy, trash on the floor and hair on and in the bed so not sure if sheets were changed. Couldn't secure the door because it had been broken and not repaired. Also found signs of bed bugs plus one dead on the headboard. We were the only people at this hotel and when brought up the issues with the receptionist they were dismissive and argumentative. The area around the building was unlit and I wasn't going to chance somebody messing with my work vehicle. We ultimately ended up not staying at this establishment and went to another hotel.

Pool not available & bathrooms out of order

The hotel is within walking distance of the Renaissance Faire. The room was a decent size with a small sofa. Beds were not comfortable and the tv had limited channels. The tib backed up a little while taking a shower. The pool was not available when we were staying as reading reviews it hasnt been for a while. Downstairs bathrooms were also out of order.

I am a combat veteran 100% Service Connected and have my Service Dog and they did not want to let me stay but after discussing it for a while and speaking with General Manager on the phone they finally let us stay. They did not understand what a service dog is compared to an emotional support dog, big difference between the two types. My $100 for the room I prepaid for over Expedia was non refundable also but they did not care

Shabby but adequate

Room was clean and quiet and we appreciated the small continental breakfast laid out in the morning. The building is old and a bit shabby looking and despite it being a summer holiday weekend the pool was closed. Also it is not close to anything and a good 10-15 minute drive to any place to eat.

Closest hotel to Ren Faire. Walkable to Faire. Would stay again. Breakfast is basic. Just muffins and cookies. Worth the price to stay.

The only good thing was the location because it was very close to the event I was attending. The cost of staying here with what you get is insane. Staff isnt professional. Toilet didnt flush correctly. Cobwebs in the room. Lighting was terrible. Tv has about 4 channels. Stay here at your own risk. If the cost wasnt as high as it was, I would understand better. But there is no way they can justify that price tag.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable — easily one of the best night's sleep I've had while traveling. The morning staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made check-out a pleasant experience. However, there were some issues that made the stay less enjoyable. When I first entered the room, the air conditioning was off, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. It took quite a while to cool down, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Even more concerning, I found dead bugs inside the air conditioning unit, which raised some cleanliness concerns. Overall, while there were some standout positives, especially the bed and staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the room upon arrival need improvement.

We stayed here because it was nearby to the Renaissance fair. It is definitely a dated building, but we were only there to sleep and found it to be comfortable and clean. The building itself is somewhat dated as other people have said, but we had no issues And we were pleased to be so close to the festival.

There was a newspaper sill in the room since May 13, pink mold/mildew in the toilet (that barely flushed) and the pink thick ring of mold swirled around and never went down, black mold/mildew dots in the shower. The comforter clearly had an old blood spot … everything felt dirty and we would never ever consider that place again. From the outside the place looked like it was a gross old motel with a new “days inn” sign drilled into the front, with rust staining the front of the building (they didn’t even remove the rusted, crooked, metal broken “motel” sign from the front of the property yet). You should remove this option from your site because I think everyone else will feel as disgusted as we did. And I actually don’t think a hotel of this caliber would even be able to be selected when people choose to go through Expedia… we should be guarded from wasting our money on hotels like this when we decide to use you for booking.

No water pressure

The stay was good. The only complaint is with the water pressure in the shower. It was pretty much off and on during my shower but was fine for my wife.
