Beautiful and peaceful property, Clean comfortable and quiet rooms. Mark and Brenda were extremely thoughtful and wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were fantastic and we especially enjoyed Mark's blessing each morning. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This beautiful old bed and breakfast was a joy to stay at. The owners make you feel right at home immediately, and we felt welcomed from the first moment we arrived. There was fresh cake in the drawing room along with a variety of teas. Breakfast is served family style, and the food was amazing! We hope to return again.

This place is a gem. The hosts are kind, attentive and available. The property is beautiful and meticulously maintained. Brenda is an amazing cook, using thoughtful, locally sourced ingredients. We look forward to a future visit.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Brownstone Colonial Inn. Our hosts were very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They clearly love what they do. This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with clean comfortable rooms. We enjoyed a family style breakfast and conversation with the hosts and the other people staying at the inn. We also received great recommendations on places to visit and eat. We will definitely keep the Brownstone Colonial Inn in mind should we return the Pennsylvania for another visit.

My husband and I love everything about the Brownstone. The owners are extremely sweet and helpful. They sincerely want your stay to be wonderful and memorable. The house and rooms and bathrooms are all very clean and inviting. The breakfast is out of this world! All thoughtfully prepared and also homemade. The owners are very attentive to your needs. They are very flexible as well. They provide hot and cold beverages in the living room as well as homemade cookies. This is our second time there and it was just as good as our first stay. We plan on returning again and again! Highly recommended the Brownstone Colonial Inn!

What a blessing to find this beautiful historic place in northern Lancaster County. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the care in restorations was evident. Breakfasts were filling and delicious. The thing we enjoyed most was the wonderful conversations around the table with the hosts and other guests.
