This residence is a garage converted to a living area. There's a fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and plenty of pots & pans, dishes, and utensils. The living room is functional with a small table and chairs, along with a sofa. In the living room there's a Roku TV and wall mounted AC/Heater that is robust enough to climate control the whole living area. The bathroom is very nice and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The separate bedroom is nice and the memory foam bed is comfortable.The neighborhood is nice and was quiet while we were there. It is well located with shopping, groceries, restaurants, and access to freeway near by. My wife and I stayed here while I attended a California Superbike School in nearby Rosamond for a two day camp. For our purposes, our stay at David's (the host) residence was ideal and I would happily stay again and probably will as I plan to attend another Superbike School in October.David was a great communicator and his rental fee was very reasonable for the quality of the residence. MUCH better than staying at a hotel!

We spent 30 nights and found everything to be excellent. The host responded promptly to requests and the location was quiet and private. There was a large variety of shopping very close by and it was conveniently located to the city. We would be happy to return on another visit to town.

Best Stay to date!!

Mr. David, much appreciation to you and your wife for allowing us to stay in your lovely 1-bedroom apartment style home addition. The area was nice and quiet, close to shopping, eateries, grocery stores and freeway access. The apartment was clean, cozy and simply perfect for a couple! We had a wonderful stay and when back in town, would love to stay again!

Great stay

If you are planning to stay in Lancaster I highly recommend this stay. Host was very nice and property was very clean and comfortable. My partner and I definitely loved staying here! Will be coming back
