The woman that checked us in was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds of the hotel was also very clean and inviting. We had dinner at the restaurant on grounds, although the food was just warm, maybe because it was almost closing time. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We will stay here again.

I have loved this hotel since 2013. The room we had was disgusting. It had broken things, mold, it was dirty! The whole hotel needed a deep cleaning. Pool and hot tub water was cloudy. It honestly makes me very sad. I absolutely love this hotel. Have recommended this hotel to so many family and friends over the years and with the condition jt is now sadly that is not the case.

The staff were very helpful even when trying to accommodate when the electric suddenly went dead at 11:30 pm. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was nice, but the toilet was a little dated. I had a good stay and would recommend it.
