Staff all very friendly and helpful, all inclusive upgrade was well worth it. Entertainment was a nice bonus, would of been great if there was some childrens entertainment but i understand this is only available in school holidays. Food was good, breakfast could be a little hoter though. We were served for evening meal by Lillie, she was fantastic. Easy parking, nice surroundings. The 2 men supporting the reception team who we dealt with were both very helpful and went above and beyond. We would happily return.

Enjoyable experience very hard working staff. Did wait 40 mins for breakfast to be served, staff worked non stop, can only think kitchen staff were very slow. Meals were good but breakfast could have been better. Entertainment good, apart from the show night very loud and unfortunately not good at all. They cleared most of the guests.

I liked the room and the staff was friendly enough. Food was below average and the breakfast wasnt nice the egg was sloppy and the sausages was grizzly and bacon was chewy and the black pudding was rock hard.kids enjoyed the pool but changing rooms need redoing. Entertainment was good

A wonderful 1 nights stay, Lauren on reception was exceptional, couldn't do enough. The room was spotless, fresh and bright. Facilities were great and the kids entertainment was excellent. Will definitely be visiting again.

Mixed experience but good location

Mixed stay. Hotel was a bit dated but comfortable enough. Good location opposite Cabin tram stop. Reception staff could have been better. Simple things like welcoming you (not carrying on a chat and ignoring you) and when you check out it doesn’t take much to ask if you had enjoyed your stay! Although the hotel has parking be aware that other than a few places in front of the hotel, there are 10-12 spaces down the side of the building but it is effectively double parking so you have no chance of getting out in a hurry. There is on street parking. Only negative in the room en-suite was that no soap was provided. I think this is a basic requirement that should have been provided. No toiletries either although less of an issue. Bar areas and dining room looked reasonable (although we didn’t use). Hotel provides entertainment most nights.
