The general cleanliness around the hotel was lacking, in the room the radiator required bleeding meaning there was no heating for the first hour and half. While this was addressed prior to us going to sleep I feel radiators should be checked when rooms are being prepared. There was also no radiator in the bathroom making it cold.

The room itself was extremely clean and warm the downfall is you hear absolutely everything going on outside the rooms in the hallways and other rooms and we were woken up by all the fire alarms at 2:30am and the hotel guys couldn’t turn it off so it was going off for half an hour, so that’s it I was awake from then and couldn’t get back to sleep, I think we should of been offered some kind of compensation but we didn’t even get an apology

We stood for an hour waiting to check in . Room was ok but not brilliant. But the hotel was so cold . Sat all new year eve with a coat on . Would never go back there again

The hotel was good. The staff was so polite and friendly dinner and breakfast those food to feed two hotels lots of choice. The only one thing I would say for dinner they had no juice for children you had to pay for that so we had to give him water The pipe in are room was hot but the radiator didn’t get hot. The disabled toilet downstairs, the lock didn’t work The night entertainment was good and entertaining and ;The made sure everybody was involved. We would go against
