YUKTI HOUSE - Pretty house near the beach

This charming Breton house is attached to the owner's pottery workshop. The crockery, lamps and certain accessories were moreover made by hand by the owner. Upon entering the house, you will discover a warm atmosphere thanks to this interior where wood is predominant.



You enter through a spacious kitchen, open onto the living room with its lovely wood-burning stove. On the ground floor, you will also find a laundry room and a toilet.

When going upstairs, you arrive on the landing where a pleasant reading corner is installed and which serves the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, consisting of 2 single beds, will charm you with its magnificent exposed beams. The second bedroom is ideal for a child with its mezzanine bed. The 3rd bedroom is a master suite, consisting of a 160x200 bed and its pretty open bathroom. The last bedroom consists of a double bed in 140x190. On this floor, you will also find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub as well as a separate toilet.



Outside, you will be able to enjoy a magnificent wooded and enclosed garden, including a lovely orchard. You will also be able to enjoy a pleasant sheltered terrace for lunch or dinner.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Animals are also welcome, the garden is particularly fully enclosed.
