Very charming northern Thai style lodges

Very charming and peaceful northern Thai style lodges built around a lotus pond and next to the Wang River. Very comfortable, except the beds, which are a bit too firm. On-site dinner and breakfast are well done.

Relaxing resort

Relaxing place with nice pool. It is far from Lampang but can get a taxi in. There was some construction in the low season (July) and walkways could do with an upgrade but overall a nice place to relax. Other than the pool not too much to do at the resort other than relax. Interesting wildlife, turkey like birds, roamed the peaceful grounds.

I reserved a Lanna Superior room with a King Bed two weeks before I arrived. At that time, a total of 4 rooms were shown as available. I notified the property I would be arriving late. When I arrived, I was put in a room with two twin beds. When I stated I had reserved a King bed, they simply moved two twin beds together in the room. at 189 cm and 100 kg, a twin bed is too small for me. The bedframe creaked all night, and there was a 5-6 cm gap between the beds, making it impossible to lay next to my GF. So, instead of upgrading me to a room that had a King Bed, they downgraded my accommodation. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! The next morning, I spoke with the property manager; they moved me to a better room, but I had already spent a sleepless night, and my trip was ruined - too tired to do what I had planned the following day. Though this is a lovely place, the management does not comprehend the issue. They rented more rooms than they had available for my type of room, and instead of equal to/better than change, downgraded my room. No commitment to change the policy, train the staff, do anything different. When I discussed this with the property manager, it went nowhere - waste of time and breath. I cannot recommend staying here for this reason.

Peaceful Get away

Nice relaxing place, good pool, breakfast fine, dinner ok. In the off season nit many people, so can get deals. Lovely grounds are generally well kept, though the construction techniques used seem amateur, e.g the,walkways. There was someinor construction with pipes whike we were here. Good price in iff season, june july.

Wonderful Property

Lovely property, very beautiful scenery and well maintained landscape. Parking is right on-site under many trees. No problem though, they spray your car in the morning to remove all the leaves, etc. The cottages are very romantic & private (stand alone houses), nicely furnished and layout is perfect despite being in desperate need of upgrades or renovations. Check-in/out smooth and very organized. Swimming pool is very nice, well maintained. Breakfast was good, due to Covid restrictions only jad option of 3 Sets though you could order multiple sets if desired. Would recommend but certainly need car to travel around Lampang.

As others mentioned, the grounds are amazing and the highlight. The restaurant quality was very good. The room was quaint with a rural Thai style. We'll be back.
