"We have stayed here plenty of times and always had a great experience but this last time was the worse. Within 30 mins of checking in, the closet door/mirror fell off the hinge so we had to lay it up against the wall our whole stay there and then we couldn’t use the phone in the room because the cord was broken and wouldn’t connect to hear a dial tone. Not sure if we will be staying there again."
