The Space:

Lakeville Lodge is a massive 4,000 square foot log chalet nestled on over 8 secluded acres, offering a perfect retreat for families and friends. Located just minutes from the motorized Lake Wallenpaupack, this property combines luxury and comfort with a serene environment. Historic towns like Hawley and Honesdale are a short drive away, providing access to various restaurants and activities.



This lodge is designed for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a spacious open floor plan across three levels. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a 7-person hot tub, an outdoor sauna, an arcade machine, and a pool table. The indoor wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, making it an ideal spot for cozy evenings.

The lodge is pet-friendly, allowing well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. A minimum age requirement of 25 years old is in place, with exceptions for families with children. Guests are reminded to keep outdoor noise at reasonable levels to respect neighbors.

Lakeville Lodge is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.



Other Things to Note:

Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee.

Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 7 cars, No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 10 guests and 15 total day guests.

Rental agreement required before stay and will be sent post booking.



We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Interaction with Guests:

Guests let themselves into the house via a Smart Lock and have no interaction with the owner. Owner available via cell for any questions during stay.
