* Signed rental agreement required upon booking
* Office/Gym and Outdoor spaces are shared with the main home
* Home gym equipment for adult use only, use at your own risk
* Printer in office is available for use, but we do not offer technical assistance
* Boat slip and lift are not guaranteed to fit guest's boat. Guests should inquire beforehand if they plan to bring/rent a boat and expect to house it in the slip.
* Due to high demand in the summer months, early checkins and late checkouts are rarely available, even for a fee. Plan on booking an additional night before or after your trip if your group needs require you to check in earlier than 4pm or check out later than 10am. We are happy to provide them for free if they are available but don't know until the day of.
