The room was very neglected. There was mold in the room and the bathroom. Roaches crawling on the lamps, on the bed and in the bathroom. We decided to leave early.

The room was very clean and I had a microwave as well as a coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Every staff member had a smile on their faces and welcomed me when I arrived. The pool looked inviting, but I was so busy visiting family that I will have to return and swim some other time.

Bathroom ceiling and walls are extremely dirty. We felt uncomfortable showering. I found 3 roaches in my room as well. Cleaning can be way better.

I was very disappointed at that facility. I had to call about the Wi-Fi not working going in and out. Also, the police was there locking up people kids running all over the place. It was not a good experience and I was very disappointed.
