The home was very welcoming and clean. The weather was cold but the jacuzzi was hot! Coffee and tea station was an appreciated touch. Yes there is a step down from main bath so we just put a colored mat there to catch our attention…it worked! We would go back again. Thank you to our hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything you would need was supplied. The kitchen was complete with just about any appliance you would need. Having a heated was wonderful. I would recommend this hpuse for anyone from just a couple to a whole family.

Spring training get away

House was very clean and updated. We especially liked the closeness to Tiger spring training games. Pool area was outstanding. Neighborhood was not the best but we had no issues. Nice privacy fence around property. We would stay here again.

Family get together

Fantastic stay for family. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Pool was perfect temp which can be hard to achieve in February. Close to a large selection of restaurants & stores. My only complaint is that bathrooms are not accommodating for mobility challenged individuals. One has 2” lip that requires you to step up & down going in & out. More than once we tripped coming out since it’s easy to forget to step down. The other bathroom has an entry door too small for a regular size walker to go through. Since this was the safer bathroom, my elderly mother was forced to leave her walker outside the room. Thankfully this didn’t lead to any falls. Owner is very responsive to calls & quickly addressed any issues. Including placing a strip of red duct tape on the bathroom entryway when requested to remind you to step up & down. If you’re looking for a relaxing & roomy place to hang out poolside this is the place for you.

Beautiful home with everything you need!

House was perfect for family with 2 teen age boys. Had everything we needed for our stay to tour local college. Pool and hot tub was perfect after a long day! Will stay again if visiting the area.

I can't say enough about the owner and this property. He really has spent time and energy into his property. He has anything and everything you could need. They provide coffee for Keurig and or regular coffee. They even have Tea!!! They provided a slow cooker and so many other kitchen items. I didn't want for anything during this stay. Pool was amazing! Area was great. Lots of resturaunts near by.Can't wait to come back. The owner was very responsive.issty

Lovely accomodations

The place is very nice and clean! The outdoor space is great! Pool was clean and heated and hot tub is large. Kitchen was well equiped for cooking. They provided some water bottles in the fridge and coffee and tea. Nice touch. We would probably stay again. The neighborhood is not great but once inside the house and fenced pool area we were able to enjoy ourselves and had no issues. .

Amazing.

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean and smelled great! The whole property was very tidy. Had plenty of stuff for kids to do, pre stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, everything to cook and clean with. When we first arrived we were skeptical of the neighborhood, however, no one bothers anyone. The pictures to this property doesn’t do it justice. The whole house has been remodeled and modernized! We would definitely stay here or rent another property by these owners!

Gem in Lakeland

Six adults stayed for one week. Our goal was to watch baseball all week. This property is two minutes from Tigertown. The pool is large, warm and clean. We used the newer bbq grill several times and there was extra fuel. The property was presented to us in a very clean manner. Most of the furnishings and furniture appear to be brand new. It is a mini Wayfair house. A beautiful well stocked kitchen with a newer fridge along with a huge dining area. The bedrooms were not huge but clean. There were only two bathrooms so we had to get creative at shower time. The hosts were very communicative and we had no problems with the hvac or appliances. The property is in a residential neighborhood so the neighbors had a few barking dogs we only heard in the first night. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Experience

This was my BEST rental experience ever! My mom (88) and myself (66) came to Florida for a month. Our first impression of the rental was "stunning", and it never wavered! Beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, etc. We also felt safe the entire time as well. The location was perfect for daily shopping trips and small adventures, especially seeing the Detroit Tigers. The owner, Amado, was so friendly, kind, and helpful. During our extended stay he gave us fresh towels, fresh sheets, offered to clean the house, and cleaned the pool. It was again, amazing! We hope to go to Florida again next year and really hope we can rent this place again! It met all our needs and surpassed our expectations! Thank you, Amado! It was fantastic!!!

The home was nicely decorated. the kitchen could use some more gadgets (hand mixer, whisk, a couple more cookie sheets, hand towels to dry dishes). We enjoyed our stay.
