Good location!

Clean mobile home with everything you need! Use of golf cart was an added bonus for our afternoon rides. Great communication with owner. Only a few steps away from the pool.

First timers-we love Florida

Everything about the place was very dated, like back in the 70's. The bed was uncomfortable, felt like the box had no support in the middle. Some of the small kitchen appliances shouldn't have been there as they were old and sticky-dirty. We could have used measuring cups, and an electric kettleThe bathroom had a dank smelly odor.The host was very accommodating and friendly, responding quickly to any issues.The tv, cable and internet were great.The use of the golf cart was a great bonus!All in all it was a little over-priced for what we got.Overall, we were out more than in, enjoying our stay there, and the area sights.

Updates needed.

On the plus...the owner was great to deal/work with. He really wanted to make things right for us. I'm not sure if he ended up removing the carpet in bedroom which was moldy and the bedroom mattress was not good. Updates are needed in bedroom and bathroom. Otherwise it was fine.
